This place has a Gurdwara built in the memory of Sixth Guru Har Gobind Singh Ji known as gurdwara THAMJI SAHIB. While going from Lahore to Kiratpur Sahib, Guru Ji had spent a night in this place and had given blessing to its people. having thamb as a sacred symbol given by guruji.This village has other places to see also like Gurdwara BABA RANA JI under care of baba manjit singh ji,Gurdwara KUTYIA in memory of SANT BABA DALIP SINGH JI under care of sant pritam singh ji.This village is blessed by sixth guruji .And local college has more than 500 student studying from nearby villages under the management of the Shiromni Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee(SGPC),High school,Elementary school.
